Online registration for BERM12 is now closed. For new registration enquiries, including methods of payment, please email lgc@archer-yates.co.uk.

The registration website (click here) may still be used to view and update existing registration details. Note: you will need your password to access the site.

Cash and credit card payment for social events will be possible at the Registration Desk. All payment will be in UK currency (pounds sterling £).

Costs of registration and social events are given below in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT. Payment is only accepted in pounds sterling.

1 The symposium dinner is only available for delegates attending on, or staying at Keble College on night of 9 July.

24 Hour Registration fee includes:
  • Bed and breakfast in Keble College for night before or after chosen day
  • Dinner in Keble College for evening before or on chosen day (note: if the evening coincides with the symposium dinner, a supplement will be payable).
  • Lunch on chosen day

Letters of Invitation

To assist with visa applications, delegates may request from the Symposium Secretariat a personal invitation for participation in the Symposium. It should be understood that such invitation is only to help participants to obtain a visa and in no way constitutes a commitment of the organizers to provide any financial support. Invitation Letters will be issued only when the Symposium Secretariat has received full payment for registration as a symposium delegate.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given, but substitution of delegates will be permitted.
