| The poster rooms will contain a total of 48 poster boards. Sponsors will be able to affix their logo in each poster room. Artwork to be provided by sponsor. Prizes will be given for the best posters. A provision for 4 prizes of value £100 each is included in the price. | Organisations registering 5 or more delegates for the full registration will be entitled to a free exhibition stand (subject to availability, bookable on a "first come first served" basis). Exhibition stands will be available from 4 pm on Tuesday 7 July to 2 pm on Friday 10 July. Each stand will comprise a table and backing board. Exhibition stands will be located in the area used for morning and afternoon refreshments. Exhibitors who register before 31 March 2009 will be acknowledged in the symposium programme. All exhibitors will be listed on the BERM12 website. All prices exclude VAT. |
